Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Income potential: $60,000–$90,000 (base + commission; example: avg rep earns ~$85,000/year)

$60,000 – $100,000+ On-Target Earnings

• Connect with prospective buyers and sellers through phone calls, texts, and emails
• Qualify leads by identifying their real estate needs, timeline, and motivation.
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales agents
• Build rapport with clients through consistent follow-up and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activity within the CRM.

• Active or pursuing a Texas real estate license.
• 1+ years of sales/ISA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.
