If you have experience applying high-quality powder coat finishes and take pride in producing quality work, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and hanging materials. Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment. Operate curing ovens and monitor proper bake times and temperatures. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Perform touch-ups and rework as needed. Maintain painting equipment and a clean work area. Follow all safety procedures and quality guidelines. Qualifications Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred. Experience operating powder coating equipment. Ability to identify coating defects and perform quality inspections. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail. Reliable and dependable with a positive work ethic.
