\nA leading retail and ecommerce organization is seeking a Digital Analyst to join its analytics team. This is an opportunity to support a data-driven business focused on understanding customer behavior, improving digital experiences, and driving informed decision-making across key stakeholders.
\n \nThe Role
\nThe Digital Analyst will be responsible for analyzing digital performance and customer behavior data to generate actionable insights that support business objectives.
\nResponsibilities include:
\n• Using SQL to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from multiple databases and sources
\n• Leveraging Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics to measure website performance and understand customer behavior
\n• Supporting A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives to evaluate and improve digital experiences
\n• Building dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support data-driven decision-making
\n• Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities within digital and customer data
\n• Partnering with business and technical teams to align analytics initiatives with strategic goals
\n• Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
\n \nThe Requirements
\n• Strong experience using SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
\n• Experience working with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
\n• Hands-on experience supporting A/B testing and/or multivariate testing initiatives
\n• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
\n• Ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights
\n• Strong communication and presentation skills
\n• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
\n \nSalary & Benefits
\n• $70,000 - $82,500 base salary
